Rental Vehicles
BCT&T also makes reservations for
rental vehicles at the request of the travelers. Rentals are
confirmed at competitively low discount rates.
Equipment Capability
BCT&T utilizes Sabre
reservations and ticketing system to confirm airlines and train
reservations, hotel accommodations and car rentals.
Billing
BCT&T accepts all major credit cards.
Business clients are billed by invoice outlining passenger,
destination, date of travel and other travel information as required.
Traveler’s Itineraries
BCT&T provides travelers with complete printed itinerary, including but not limited to:

Carriers on which reservations have been made;
2.
Flight, and train;
3.
Date, departure and arrival times for each trip segment;
4.
Ground transportation facilities at destinations;
5.
Name of hotel, phone number, and location and room rates confirmed at each destination;
6.
Name, phone number and location of rental Car Company, and the rates at which
rental cars have been booked at each destination.
